About Us
We’re Adam and Tori—two Tennessee kids too curious about the world to stay in one place. In 2020, we made the difficult decision to set aside our careers so we could prioritize spending more time outside of our comfort zones, more time learning about the world around us, and more time together. We couldn’t think of a better way to accomplish that than traveling full-time. We hope you’ll follow along with us as we try out new languages, pick up new skills, and explore various corners of the world.
Adam
I’m Adam. I’m an airline pilot by trade and a bit of a dreamer at heart. I grew up near the airport catching rides with whoever was kind enough to take me up. My mom gave me my first 35mm camera when I was five. Flying and photography have been intertwined with whatever I’m doing since. I’m passionate about finding new ways of doing things, exploring relentlessly, and showing people there’s more to life than meets the eye.
Tori
I’m Tori. I’ve spent most of my life as a student or a teacher, and I believe that regardless of the season, I will always be at least a bit of both. My parents tell me that as a small child I always sought out ways to be kind to the random strangers we met, even when it made the adults in the room feel awkward. As an adult, it is my mission to tap into that spirit a bit more. To understand others a bit better. To open my heart a bit more each day. And to embrace the unknown and unplanned. Because some of the best things that have happened to me in life so far could never have been planned by me.
